New School Year with Several Distribution Ceremonies

Following the long summer vacation, we have already distributed our "digital toolbox" to teachers in several municipalities. Though we had hoped to return to face-to-face distribution ceremonies, due to the fourth wave of COVID-19 we continue to conduct these ceremonies via Zoom. Having said that, these Zoom events are just as exciting as frontal ones for us.

The upside to Zoom ceremonies is that they allow for the participation of more partners and donors who would not have been able to attend otherwise; this includes donors from abroad or those located a long drive away from the place of distribution.

Since the beginning of the school year, school and kindergarten teachers from the following cities, towns and regional councils have joined the "Digital Toolbox for Every Teacher" program: Jaljulia, Kiryat Bialik, Al-Kasum R.C., Hadera, Jezreel Valley R.C., Kiryat Gat, and Drom HaSharon R.C.

We are thrilled time and again to hear the words of congratulations and appreciation, knowing that teachers receive vital tools that will improve their professionalism and empower them.

Each one of us wants to know that there are other people who believe in and care for them, and that's one key reason for holding our ceremonies. From the other side, our partners and donors get to see the faces of the pedagogical teams, knowing that their donation is bringing meaningful change to other peoples' lives.

Other communities who will be joining the program during this school year include: Hevel Yavne R.C., Ofakim, Netanya, Lachish R.C., Jerusalem, Mazkeret Batya, Beit Shemesh, Dimona, Sderot, Yanuh-Jat, Lev Hasharon R.C. and Mevo’ot HaHermon R.C. Others are waiting to join the program, and we are in the process of raising donations for them as well.
